What if we need to go live quickly (ASAP)? Midwest Dial Tone provides expedited deployment options, including temporary number forwarding, so your business can go live in as little as 1–2 days when needed. While not ideal, this approach allows your customers the ability to still reach you as we complete the full system setup.

What kind of training will my team receive? We provide both live training and access to online resources to ensure your team is fully prepared.

Will our team have to pause work while everything’s being installed? No. By utilizing parallel systems or scheduling installation during non business hours, your operations can continue uninterrupted. We are happy to discuss these options to ensure a smooth installation process.

Will my existing data cabling need to be upgraded? If your existing data cabling does not meet current VoIP standards, we will provide recommendations & Options for the necessary upgrades.

How long does VoIP installation normally take? It depends on your environment. Remote setups can be completed in a day or two. On-site installations may take several days depending on office size and hardware needs.

Do I need new phones when switching to MDT? Many modern VoIP phones are compatible with multiple providers, so you may not need new hardware. If your current phones are outdated or incompatible, we can provide rental or purchase options.

How does MDT make sure no details are overlooked? We conduct testing, perform detailed pre–go live reviews, and verify all system configurations to ensure every detail is correct before launch.
